North Texas SC Health and Safety Guidelines and FAQ

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN? In addition to following all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Texas Department of State Health Services (DHSH) guidelines, we are working closely with Tarrant County and the City of Arlington to ensure our event meets or exceeds all recommended health and safety standards. All guests are required to wear a mask to the event and staff will be required to wear necessary personal protective equipment. Hand sanitizing stations will be available at all entrances and along the concourses at the event. Seating assignments have been adjusted to ensure social distancing among groups that did not attend the event together. Some rows and seats will remain vacant to maintain proper distancing All hospitality areas will operate with reduced capacity to promote and maintain social distancing High traffic and high touch areas will be disinfected and wiped down at an increased frequency and efficiency throughout the event Electrostatic cleaning will take place before and after each event In accordance with Tarrant County’s executive order, all guests entering Globe Life Park, will be required to wear a face covering, beginning June 26, 2020. The requirement does not apply to people who are eating or drinking, to anyone for whom the wearing of a face covering poses a significant mental or physical health risk, and/or children under the age of 10 (please note, however, the CDC recommends face coverings for all people 2 years of age or older. Public health authorities recommend self-screening before you enter public places for, and not entering public places with any of the following signs or symptoms: Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Chills Repeated shaking with chills Muscle pain Headache Sore throat Loss of taste or smell Diarrhea Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.00 degrees Fahrenheit Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19 Please see the DHSH website at https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus for more information. WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE DURING THE EVENT? Currently, the CDC or DSHS recommends practicing the following protocols which are subject to change: Face coverings are now required by Tarrant County in public settings Maintain at least 6 feet of separation from other individuals not within the same household Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands Wash hands often for 20 seconds and encourage others to do the same If no soap and water are available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue away Please see the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html and the DSHS website at https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus for more information. Start times will vary, please check your ticket for the most accurate information. WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS? Tickets can be purchase online at https://www.fcdallas.com/northtexassc/schedule or at the Globe Life Park office on match day. DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET? Children 4 years & under do not require a ticket for attendance. WHERE WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET? Advance tickets can only be purchased online with e-ticket delivery. This will allow you to have three options for entering Globe Life Park in contactless manner. You can pull up your tickets on the AXS Ticketing App to be scanned at the entrance You can print your tickets at home to have them ready to be scanned at the entrance You can also open the tickets in the attachment of your confirmation email for scanning at the entrance WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND? All ticket sales are final. Please reach out to your point of purchase for more information on ticketing terms for your event. CAN I PURCHASE ANY IN-GAME EXPERIENCES? All pre-match, post-match, and on-field experiences will be eliminated at this time ion an effort to limit person-to-person contact and prioritize safety. WHERE SHOULD I PARK? Parking lots B, C, & D are available for parking beginning 90 minutes to match start time. Parking is $10 per vehicle by card payment only. No cash or check transactions. CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK? Re-entry is not permitted after kickoff. WILL CONCESSIONS BE OPEN? Concessions will be open and selling pre-packaged items only. Beer and soft drinks will also be available for purchase. Concessions will only accept card payments for this event to limit person-to-person contact. WHERE CAN I USE THE RESTROOM? All restroom locations will be available and open for use. All concourse restrooms will have an attendant to sanitize and disinfect frequently. Cleaning crews will wear gloves and masks at all times. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK? Outside food and drink is not permitted with the exception of one sealed bottled water per guest. CAN I BRING A BAG? There is a no bag policy for this event. Exceptions will only be made for diaper bags if a young child is present or for bags deemed medically necessary. IS THERE ANYTHING I CANNOT BRING OR DO? The following items and activities are prohibited during your Globe Life Park visit: Advertising, selling, or promoting any product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items) Bags or purses (see previous question for additional information) Banners that interfere with the game or have political and/or commercial messages Clothing with offensive or profane language Disorderly conduct Food and drinks, except for sealed bottled water (including alcohol) Glass containers or hard coolers Intentional or repeated failure to adhere to face covering and social distancing guidelines Laser pointers Littering Noisemakers Smoke Bombs Smoking (e-cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking device) Use of drones or selfie sticks Wagons Weapons of any kind, even if properly permitted or registered Any item deemed inappropriate for this event by Rangers or NTSC staff Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the event....
